Conflicts arise between the "official" rent-paying roommates and the "illegal" squatters who've crashed the building. Tom must sell it quickly. Uneasy with her new "landlord/heiress" status, Mia doesn't tell her lover Kristos, who runs an NGO aiding refugees. But he'll soon find out the truth.
