The NFO says

"YesTV didn't use B frames on their encode, and the result is
pretty awful looking. Since quality isn't a valid proper
reason, enjoy this internal done with proper settings and
top quality."

That is why this was said in the NFO and is a scene rule

"quality isn't a valid proper reason"

Quality is subjective unless it was REALLY REALLY crappy encode.

I looked at both releases and it helps seeing them side by side
(No i did not do either of them)

and the yestv Q average is round 6 and the FQM around 4
(because FQM saved a lot of bitrate by using b-frames
and by using them correctly)

That is a good increase and i see much less blocking and sharper
images in the FQM one and why i suspect they released an
internal (that group rarely does internals)

personally I only watch watch HR
(Unless no HR for that show was released)

No duh!

I said that it was fine, just in case people were holding off downloading it
because of the note.

I'm not unable to process the written word.

Where could I get the FQM version?

I searched it on different spots but had no luck at all.

This is fine. I DID notice the grainy video, but it's not that bad, since a lot
of the show was the "flashback" thing anyways. All I care about is skips and
desyncs. Thanks for the info anyways Zank.
