Well, since this episode and the one before it (S02E03) both don't have active links, i had to go elsewhere to find them. Mininova had episode 3, but I was only able to find Episode 4 via The Pirate Bay, at: http://torrents.thepiratebay.org/5003758/The.Cleaner.S02E04.HDTV.XviD-NoTV.avi.5003758.TPB.torrent  Hope this helps. :-) Enjoy!
