i'm not sure about Canada or anywhere else, but NBC is airing the clip show at
8/7c then two back to back episodes: at 9/8c is "The Second Coming" and then
at 10/9c is "The Butterfly Effect"

Ah, this is "Countdown to the Premier".
It's funny they were talking about a 3hr premier of Heroes like it was a 3hr
movie. 2hrs still rocks.

I'm guessing most of this is lifted from the awesome Heroes Unmasked series.

This recap aired on Global (Canada) tonight, a day earlier than NBC.
And tomorrow they will air Prison Break an hour earlier than Fox.
