Something I asked out loud watching the last CSI that showed Star Trekish, futuristic 3D display of anatomy in mid air: Does this really exist (just like the CSI Miami futuristic thing they have moving things around with their hands that appear on this screen. I know Microsoft had this table-like thing you can manipulate photos with but doesn't look like that)? |

actually the technology is 100% real. it's Microsoft photosynth. it's due l8ter this year. CSI producers have been linking CSI technology with Microsoft creations for the shows. |
