I love this show. I honestly can't believe that "animal planet' has signed up to take it on though. It's
very entertaining but I can see where it is ultimately going, somebody is going to get hurt.The crew of
the "Steve Irwin" is always up to whatever the captain has in store for them , but his fat-a$$ could care
less about their personal safety and lack of experience in what they are doing.Still a great watch, and
best of luck to them.

Yes, a great show for a great cause… but has anybody asked why these guys who have a helicopter to
their disposal have not figured out that an air force can be way more effective than their cavalry
mentality. Why put the little boats in the water if you have the ability to strike from over the horizon?
I’m simply watching to see them use their best tool… but they never do. Come on… bomb the
Japanese boys… or haven’t you seen what it did to them in Hiroshima?

I really don't think the helicopter pilot is ready to be a kamikaze. He seems to be the most cautious
member of the crew.If they start to use aircraft to launch attacks they are going into 911 type tactics
that would only result in their quick demise. I think that the best strategy would be to explore the
options of some type of sonar technology that could be used to repel the whales away from the area
that the harpoon ships are hunting in.Of course this tactic would be very boring television to watch,LOL.

He would lose his pilot license if he started dropping things out of the helicopter

The sad thing is that the Steve Irwin crew is so grossly incompetent that I often find myself
cheering for the whalers

I agree where do they weigh the whales this whole research thing is crap. You never see then
actually preserving the whales to study them they take them chop them up and send them out there is
no "study" or "research" it is bull shit. I think that it is pathetic that the japanese have to
try and literally hurt the sea sheperd crew that is sad that that is what they have resorted to it
is PATHETIC!!! Get the DAMN japs take em out!!!
