Same question here as I posed with your repack of the previous ep. Is it just a trimming at the end of the episode that has happened here, or is there more to it? I appreciate your repack efforts either way, but I am just curious as to how much is different between the files. Cheers! |

Here are the notes from the NFO: -- Alright, so here is a proper of our previous release. Honestly, it never should have happened. The video loaded fine prior to encoding, but something got fucked up during the encode itself and we aren't quite sure why or how. We encoded this proper with the exact same files and and settings and it came out just fine. So, we apologize and promise that it will never happen again. We pinky swear. So, enjoy or something. ;-P -- |

Nothing is missing - the encode time somehow set long by about 7 minutes per episode and therefore got padded out as a blank ending. Because the encode is set to a specific file size the result is that the video and audio rate got reduced to fit the longer file length in the same file size. In other words the repack has a higher bit rate and no padded endings but the quality is still actually vgood on the first versions because the source was dvd and the encoder otherwise knew what they were doing. |

If it's just a black screen for 7 minutes at the end, the actual bitrate won't be affected much as straight black takes very very little space to encode. It's nice to have a more 'proper' release though. Thanks. |
