I agree, pretty lame episode again. And Scott falling into the rift was as predictable as another complete low-tech attempt (for the possibilities the Destiny has, they have been on the ships for about a month now and all they could come up with were small plasmaburners?!?) to get water-ice. If we don't see some serious action by the season finale (at least 3 episodes seem mildly promising judging from the Wiki-synopsis) this show doesn't deserve another season. |

This show is starting to remind me too much of the new Battlestar Galactica. Going from bad, to worse, to absolutely repulsing if you like Sci-Fi and hate soaps like OC, Everwood, B&B, Melrose Place, Beverly Hills, and all the new crap shows they came up with in the meantime, like Battlestar Galactica and now they're turning Stargate into another of those crap shows? Who will stop them from destroying Sci-Fi (seeing that so many fans apparently were OK with what they did with Battlestar Galactica)? There is no point in watching new Sci-Fi anymore cause none of them are Sci-Fi, they're all just copies of Beverly Hills in space. Here's a tip, stop with all the relationship stuff and feelings and forcing some themepoint down the throat of your viewers, one which is over the top cliché anyway (like when they had too chose who was going to be the sacrifice that gave them some more oxygen or the latest fiasco where that uninteresting character that is supposed to take the role of Jack/Sheppard (of the other Stargate shows) falls through the ice and gets stuck. Like someone else mentioned here, as if we didn't see that one coming, as well as the erathquake that ultimately sets him free again. Come on, where's the Sci-Fi? For all I care that lead character can die anyway, the only one I care about and like to watch is Eli and that other scientist guy (forgot his name for a moment). Please, kill all the rest cause they're already starting to annoy me. I get a strong sense that I'm wathching Everwood whenever those young teens come into to scene and start having sex or conversations about feelings and such. Even the humor is sometimes a bit too predictable. |

Things pick up in a couple of episodes (you guys should really get in to this twitter thing.) One of the show writers is active on twitter and is dropping hints that it's all leading up to a great Episode 10... then following with an interesting cliff hanger... 0_o |
