Channel 31 has some pretty interesting sorta low budget shows. It is an analogue signal channel. Australia, or more particularly Melbourne, where Channel 31 is based, has switched to digital channels, the analogue channels still run for the time being. Currently Channel 31 is imploring the Federal gov't to grant it a digital licence so it can keep putting on shows. |
