They did. Go to www.isohunt.com and search gossip girl S03. The lising comes up and Ep 11 is there.

Just realised Isohunt file is a mkv file and is over 700mb. If you want avi at around 350mb the
pirate bay has it at

Episode 13 airs on tuesday 12th Jan
