NBC Universal is monitoring bit torrent users. I got a letter from them (through my ISP) stating the exact episodes I was sharing. (4 eps of Psych) I was actually sharing the whole season 4, but they only tracked me down to 4 of them. I have never gotten a copyright infringement letter before. Also, I use to use Vuze, but switched to micro(u)torrent. Is micro torrent more susceptible to these bastards? |

I got the same message with an earlier episode of Psych. I am now running Peer Blocker while running Vuze. Also, I noticed that Vuze allows you to block IP's, but I didn't have the list installed, so it wasn't doing anything as far as security. You'll need to block BayTSP's IP address so their crawler can't find you. |
