I totally think the 720p releases are worth it, especially for shows that have great visual flare (ie:
Spartacus, SGU, Caprica).

I'd also tend to think that it makes *sense* that the 720p release would come first. Less compression
probably translates into less encoding time than it would take to reduce it down to 350mb--itself a
somewhat archaic remnant of the days when 700mb CD-Rs were the primary medium for burning files to.

I'm sure the 720p versions are worth it if you don't have download limits to worry about
