I am going to miss the ride.
Some things left to the imagination I guess, things left unsaid or inferred.
It is also hard for this US person to understand all words said by the some of the people. The 'softer' accents from Keeley
are easier for me to understand. I didn't quite understand the last line from Philip. If someone can put it in invisible spoiler
text or PM for me to read, thanks.

Even if I had understood the words, I would not have understood the meaning, being a slang I had not been familiar with.

The last line " a word in your shell like" meant he needed to talk to the new arrival , obviously the next Sam or Drake,
because 'shell like' means ear.

OMG!! Im gona miss this so much, we finally got to know!! Very sad!! My local pub looks just like
that on a corner and very old!! Has 1 small pool table, im just gona imagine that thats what its

This was an amazing series.

I wasn't sure it would live up to "Life on Mars" but it did. The ending was a great tribute to both series. I'll miss the team,
and the Sheriff.

Philip Glenister was absolutely incredible.

May DCI Hunt and his deputies rest in peace.
