I keep missing out on all of your great torrents because you've only been releasing mkv files. I watch on my ps3, is there anyway I can convert them to avi or mp4? I really appriciate the torrents you do. It is hard to find tv that has any kind of substance thats why I cancelled my cable last year. When I see a mvgroup torrent I always download it because I know it will be good! |

i release mkv only as its the best format feature wise, and hope to furter its spread and thus hardware support. Also my upload bandwidth is limited, so dual format releases are a bit excessive. as for conversion it should be easy enough once you have a prog you like and works. try one of these top ones http://www.torrentz.com/search?q=mkv+to+avi id say by being near the top of this list it will most likely work. |

I watch all my tv through the PS3 as well, and this is the converter I use for mkv files: http://www.techbot.net/2009/01/how-to-play-mkv-hd-movies-on-ps3/ The software is called mkv2vob...this link is actually to a site that includes instructions on how to use the software, plus a link to download the software. It was easy and best of all, it was the fastest converter I could find, so no waiting! I'm calling it a converter, but the software itself refers to the process as "remuxing". Good luck! |
