it is a non-scene (non professional non standard home made) rip of a dvd screener sent to a tv exec
or someone similar

hence the nogrp (no group) scene tag

happens all the time, of course it's going to be oversize and probably half as good quality

sure.
audio as video quality is very good.
it's as good as you'd expect a good (non-hd) dvd rip.
so imo it's in fact better than the standard (sd) tv rips.
