it's obvious this show has been axed the just have not announced it yet, what other shows are they
wrapping up at this time of year? Caprica / Undercovers / Southland ???

Actually, it was obvious that it _should_ have been axed last season. But canceling all your new
shows after 1 season apparently is too much like admitting your own suckitude, so ABC ordered a
second season of 13 episodes. They've cut that back to 10, so barring miraculous ratings, I think
everyone knows it's ending then.

Still, it's not quite like the others that were pulled and having their last episodes burned off now
-- this is a genuine season premiere.

I really wish they'd have axed V and kept Flashforward, though -- Ff actually became a decent show
just after it lost all its viewers with a few weeks of bad pacing, while V managed to make an alien
invasion seem boring right up to the last episode. I think the only reason anyone was still watching
it was the hot alien babes. Still, who am I to turn down hot alien babes... torrenting it now!

Oh, so I don't sound like I hate this show -- they DID say this should be a lot more
"action-packed", so there's a chance it'll be the show it should have been; just sucks that we only
get to that AFTER the show's fate is all but sealed.

I really enjoyed the 1st series! Hope the second is just as good! i can see it getting axed though as
everything that comes out recently seems to get the axe! There is goning to be no good shows left at
this rate

I don't know about you guys, but I always feel that... well... if the writers don't have enough
ideas for the show, then they are streeeeaaaaaaching every idea in every episode to last for as long
as it can. One idea per episode, no twists, no nothing, just fillers (as in, dialogs about nothing
to do with the show) to fill an empty time required. And then after they have lost most of their
viewers, they are packing everything they've got into few episodes, which doesn't work either, it
becomes too hectic.

What I'm trying to say is... they seem to think that once they got the deal, they can milk it for as
long as it takes, with no regard for an actual viewer entertainment.

So I'm not surprised that most of the shows get canned. I feel... ehhh... you get the idea.

I don't think this is the second season but the continuation of the first. EIther that or not very
many episodes then.

Would be nice to change the naming to just "V", seeing V2009 made me almost miss it entirely....

Oh and Vandervoort is nice but Bacharat(not sure about spelling there) is nicer, though I prefer her
in Firefly

Oh yeah and its so wrong anyway, its not 2009 and not even 2010 but 2011, though the show started in
2010

Agree with above post about FForward tho, great show! Stupid to can it but oh well what can you do

Got the 720p from demonoid too... I wonder why is taking so long to appear on eztv.
