I have been lost for a few episodes.

I thought Chuck's sister eventually found out he was working again as a spy, yet she is acting like he isn't, so not telling/
bothering him with the important stuff.

i think she found out he was a spy but she doesnt know he is the intersect, and she
thinks he quit being a spy, thats why she didnt wanted to tell him about the computer...
personally i think she gets too much screentime i think they should just kill her off!
