The file is fine, could be a number of things on your part. Subpar hardware, faulty media player software (Matroska splitter, h.264 decoder, ac3 decoder filter, a/v presenter filter), other hardware taxing software running at the same time, problem with soundcard or graphics card and their drivers, problem with your cables (audio and monitor) or generally a problem with anything inbetween that's getting the picture to your eyes and the sound to your ears. |
