The SyFy pogram ticker (the occasional text announcing the current and following programs) specified
this episode as a Season finale not a Series finale!
Is there hope as yet for SGU? It was not that bad though some episode storylines were too convoluted.
Maybe hope on some other avenue?
One would have preferred a more appropriate 'finale' storyline.
No matter what, thanks very much for the this and other uploads!

It was written so that it would work for either a season or series finale.

A series finale is generally an episode that wraps up a whole series. They are usually "Planned". For
example: Smallvile is going on its last season, and the writers knew this, So they wrote a "Series
Finale". Being that SGU was cancelled mid season, they had no time to prepare a series finale. So this
was a Season finale.

You think if we all buy the Season 2 DVD box set, that it can come back like others have? (Family
Guy, FireFly, etc)

They sure left it open for a new season, or a rehash in the future.

For conspiracy theory fan's...

The whole SG series tampered with (more or less) with ALL religious system beliefs (dead or pretty
much alive now) : antic Egypt, Greece, Assyrians, etc entire goa'uld establishment, northern
beliefs(Thor and Assgards) other small beliefs in some episodes, Ori beliefs which pretty much are
resembling with Cristian, Muslim beliefs and the top cake fruit what was at the beginning of the
Universe (aka God/Allah/Great Spirit/Brahma what ever... of His infinite numbers names are) EXIST or
NOT! so: who do you believe are behind the shut down of the SG Universe series are ? Guess (hint:
entire Christianity and all the big religions on Earth but I think mainly Catholic Church) because
shackle the entire vision about GOD and what was first, the show doesn't put serious problem to
Vatican (they worked with dead religions In SG-1, SG Atlantis and movies...) till they tampered the
GOD/Allah issue...

I don't think so, if any of that was true then a POS like the Da Vinci code would have never been
made into a movie!

I blame the dumbass SGA fans for thinking if SGU gets cancelled they will put Atlantis back on the
air, dumbasses !

Yes its more into the problem of marketing dept. and audience boards which are becoming bored or are
dumb to see are a lot of fans of an TV show (in N America, Europe, etc.) it happened with allot of
other shows which presented at their times an good audience (millions of viewers only in N
America,not to speak about those in Europe and those World Wide which are using torrents fist
because of the delays in broadcasting between N America and Europe, and then when DVD/BR are
available for buying they buy like me the sets (I'm in Europe)!

PS:
I'm a fan of the entire SG series : SG-1, Atlantis, Universe and movies and all into my opinion are
ended abruptly at least they made the movies and hopefully they do those 2 last movies for SG-1 ark
and Atlantis ark!

okay good now all tv has to offer is attention deficit disorder, NLP, propaganda, polarizing fake news and
baser geared mental degeneration.

for all the critics don't pretend like you want something new and original you just want to swallow the same
old while convincing yourself anything new is bad and unoriginal at the same time.
