I know, right?

Crazy long gaps between episodes.

S04E09 - Sept 10, 2010 (wait 3 months for single Christmas episode)
S04E10 - Dec 7, 2010 (wait 7 months before next episode)
S04E11 - July 11, 2011

Not a great show but it is entertaining :-)

Show has been running for 6 years but only has 4 seasons. Then again, what do you expect from a
network that can't even spell SciFi

This is the only show that is still feeling the effects of the writers strike a few years ago. It
threw off season three and since then there has been like three six-month gaps. Perhaps the cast
and crew have other obligations.....but they really need to get this show back into normal airing
order. 13 episodes......about 6 months off.......13 episodes......about 6 months off. Hey
Sci-Fi.....feel free to contact me. I'll help you work out how to schedule television programs.
I've been watching tv forever! Unless you're trying to kill this show and just failing
miserably.......then contact me and i'll insult you.

Many SyFy shows follow a 10+10 episode season with a break in-between... most notably all three
Stargate series... and Eureka is no different (with the exception of the Xmas episode which was
delayed so it came out closer to Christmas).

That isn't totally correct. Stargate SG-1 had 22 episodes in season 1-7, and 20 in 8, 9 and 10.
And according to wikipedia, I can't se that famous 10+10 break before season 4, and even then it's
hard to see, since wikipedia list the FIRST air date, and it seems that UK Sky One has send all episodes
in one season in a row, but US Showtime takes a break.
That actually happens sometimes, that UK sends episodes that hasn't aired in US yet; it happened with
Star Wars The Clone Wars.

So yeah, a lot of shows follows this 10+10 and a break; but not only sci-fi-shows. And the most horrible
thing is, that the local networks adapt it. Tv is just easier to watch on tv, than hooking up an cable to
your computer and tv and starting a video.
So sometimes, I wait until a show actually comes on tv in my country, and follow it. But then, what
happens, mid-season break! It's horrible. More then a couple of times it has made me download the
next episodes, because I really hate stupid cliffhangers made so that we wait in agony.

An on topic: Fargo's moment of glory! Hell yeah, I really hate Zane (and pray for the return of
Taggert), so him finally crouching down and being a little kid while Fargo saves the day - awesome!
But I still don't dig that Henry, and although momery-wiped-still-remembering-some Carter, has to
keep track of, or at least know, three different realities.

This is The Big Bang Theory for adults; less obvious geeky, less collage-humor, less pranks, but all the
same science, fun, and a lot better acting. And I really don't like sitcoms.
