The majority of the "ladyboys" hold perfectly normal jobs such a cashiers, and sales staff. They neither need nor desire your pity. All they want is to be allowed to live their lives the way they choose. |

verywierd, they really should be pitied, those poor disillusioned creatures. Thinking of being or "legally" changing the sex to another does not make physically so. Not with the help of "operation" to change appearance, as that is disguise only. It's all in the genes. You may think you are actually opposite sex, but it will not make so. You may think you're a zebra (and tattoo the stripes onto you), but it will not make so. You may think you're god, but don't expect worshippers any time soon. Thinking something does not change reality, even with the support of physical alterations. The point is, there's nothing "lady" other than disguise in those "ladyboys". They and their supporters may think differently and try to force others think likewise, but the fact is: It's all in the genes. As for the document, I have no interest for it, whatsoever. How do you know that? Maybe some do want to appear female, but others are also doing it to put food on the table, poverty area's with poor people being used and abused for money basically, justify it all you like but it doesn't change the fact that people flock to these area's just to have cheap sex with desperate people. |

I know because I live in Bangkok and I know many ladyboys as well as see many others going around on their daily business in the city. First of all, as I have already said, the majority of them are not prostitutes but hold perfectly boring "ordinary" jobs in shops and offices. Second, they do not just want to appear to be female, but think of themselves as female from the time they were old enough to know the difference. |

I like how two people have not only clicked on the link but then made a post where they made it clear they are NOT interested in ladyboys. Not at all interested. Not one bit. Interesting series.. seems like it's still a bit exploitative though. I wonder how a transperson would feel. |
