Anyone has any idea if there'll be a Proper released for this? I'm about halfway
through the episode and a large part of the first half has an audio-video sync
issue. It's really distracting.

Yeah pretty bad sync problems in the first half.

I've not seen a proper but a HR version is out:

according to orlydb.com, this has been nuked for being out of sync. crossing my
fingers for a proper too. alternatively, please do share if you've found a
source for the CTU version. i've tried searching other sites, but those only
have the NoTV encodes. T_T

Watched it and it's fine, no sync problems (got it from Usenet)

AARRRGGGHHHHH! not too often that eztv has something out of sync....so
frustrating but can be fixed with VLC. Glad it was nuked cause it's bad!

Let me answer my own question here...

With VLC player, version 0.8.6a, it is quite simple, just press Ctrl+K a couple
of times! ...and Voila! Everything is in sync!

its really easy to fix just download this
http://www.kadath.com.ar/frateadj/frateadj100.zip
(replace xx with tt)

open it add the file and change the fps: to 23.98 click save and you're done
