Not really, I found it hilarious and am happy to announce there will be a LOT more Sarah Silverman Program! Let me quote: The show's premiere drew impressive ratings, 1.8 million total viewers and 1.3 with the 18-49 demographic, making it "cable's biggest audience of the night" [3] The show had the single best debut ratings "for a Comedy Central original since the premiere of the animated series Drawn Together (2.2 million viewers) in 2004." [4] The show also instantly drew overwhelming critical acclaim. Tim Goodman of the San Francisco Chronicle said that the show is "bursting with imagination, audacity, rude charm and a relentlessly funny worldview" and called the show "an offbeat gem."[5] Daniel Fierman of Entertainment Weekly called it "totally hilarious."[6] Tad Friend of The New Yorker called the show "The meanest sitcom in years  and one of the funniest."[7] Doug Elfman of The Chicago Sun-Times called the show "a live-action comedy as funny as Chappelle's Show."[8] On February 12, 2007, only eleven days after the show's premiere, it was announced that Comedy Central had "ordered 14 new episodes for air this fall and next spring." If you have ever been offended before, don't watch this show. If you are PC in any respect of the term, don't watch this show. RUDE!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! It's hilarious because she knows she's being racist and crude about it. Doesn't hold back, which comedy hasn't done since the spawn of South Park. Great Job, Sarah, keep it up! |

No matter how much you pay people to skew the ratings for this show on EZTV, as evidenced by the 14000+ votes it got compared to the 7000 votes for shows like Lost which regularly get 40000+ downloads, it is still going to suck. Post all the positive comments you want. Fill all the message boards on the internet with lies. We don't care. We liked Sarah before this show. We'll like her long after TSSS is dead, because her humor was always more than dick jokes. You're not doing yourself any favors. I challenge any of you to post something truely funny from this show instead of all these vague comments with a bunch of exclamation points. Then I'll fill this shit with an endless stream of quality, gut busting humor from 30Rock. Go ahead. I dare you. "This car smells like farts." <- dick jokes "These are my neighbors. They're GAY!" <- lame "The poop song." <- more dick jokes poorly sung. "Vagina." <- stfu with your dick jokes already. "Vagina." <- yes you have one. now stfu. "Vagina." <- by ep 3 it was a cliché dick joke. "Vagina underlined on a chalk board." <- just pull a Paris Hilton already "I take it in the ass." <- Clearly. Great addition to your dick joke repertoire. I doubt anyone wanted to like this show more than I did. Sarah is my favorite name. I always lobbied CC for more Sarah. I think I'll watch this episode, just so I can come back and post some more stupid dick jokes. I'm a masochist for hot Jewish chicks. |

Nowin, when did dick jokes become so lame? I didnt like the first ep, but subsiquent shows have been great, full of quality writing. sure, you can pick the bones out of them for some cheap shot cock humor, but take the episode where she goes to an std clinic, the nurse asks her to write down the amount of times she has had sex, sarah hands back the paper with two numbers and when the nurse asks why there are two, sarah points to the top number and says "thats the front"..... gut bustingly funny..... cheap toilet humor? i think not. quite sophisticated toilet humor in my opinion. |
