i thought the comedy was funny...what there was of it. you can tell by the crowd, venue, and number of comics that were on the bill that there was so much more that the tv viewers didn't see. if they gave the show an hour of time rather than just a half-hour we might see something more cohesive to being a full night of comedy. i'll keep watching as i love kumail (jonah's alright, too. his recent appearance on "maron" was pretty funny) and i like the selection of comics who appear on the show...just wish we saw more of them. guess i'll have to move to los angeles and catch a live show. |
