Notes: CRiMSONs release is again flawed with downsampled audio (44100khz) and sync issues, throughout most of the show. Also, 60% of their keyframes have the issue showed in proofage.jpg. And with the general lack of details, its almost tempting to say its a analog cap. I wont though, so dont concider this part about their quality part of the properreaso |

Thanks for the tip ABennett, I'll grab this one instead. Cheers! Been itching for this all week, checking every hour if not more, just to see if maybe someone turned it up. |

Can anybody tell me why anything capped from FX is cropped, and always seems to be just that annoying bit out of sync? Is it the group, or what? Surely quality is worth waiting for, instead of rushing it out. |

| It's cropped because the source is 4:3, but its viewable area is actually 16:9. | |||||

regarding the question of quality, it's quite horrible. After the 15 or so minute mark, the ivtc is bad, very jerky video, hurts your eyes to try and watch and about the cropping, if it was cropped to include the station logo, then you would be leaving black letterboxed lines in there. Most of the non-hd channels, in the widescreen format, the logo tends to land half in the picture and half out. Just something you will learn to live with. |

Frankly the CRiMSON out of sync issues were nothing, they only happened once or twice that I noticed (and I tend to notice these things). I've seen shows that didn't get nuked with worse sync issues. So if this version does have jerky video I'd go for the CRiMSON. |
