Er... that won't work... it's mathematically impossible for everyone to upload
more than they download, unless there are some "black holes" in the system.

In fact, people uploading a lot more than they download (like me -- my highest
share ratio was 45) practically force others not to upload anything (because
there's nobody left to upload to). 40% of leechers is not a bad percentage in my
opinion, even more so considering that we don't know how much they uploaded
*before* they finished downloading.

I don't know about everybody else, but I generally (not always, generally) seed
to 1.2x. However, this might not happen directly after download, since the
queue is generally exhausted before seeding begin.
