DAMAGES is a legal thriller set in the world of New York City high-
stakes litigation. The series, which provides a view into the true
nature of power and success, follows the turbulent lives of Patty
Hewes (Glenn Close) the nation's most revered and reviled high-stakes
litigator and her bright, ambitious protégé Ellen Parsons (Rose
Byrne) as they become embroiled in a class action lawsuit targeting
the allegedly corrupt Arthur Frobisher (Ted Danson), one of the
countryâ€ââ€ΕΎÂ¢s wealthiest CEOs. As Patty battles with Frobisher and his
attorney Ray Fiske (Željko Ivanek) Ellen Parsons will be front and
center witnessing just what it takes to win at all costs, as it
quickly becomes clear that lives, as well as fortunes, may be at stake.

upload Saving Grace!

P.S. To fred420, it's gotten good reviews and FX has yet to let me down with a
show in the past year or two. Has some big name actors in it.

It's supposed to be the devil wears prada set in the legal world rather than the
fashion industry.

Just finished the episode and I think I may have an idea how the season will
play out, however, I think it's going to be fun as hell to watch. Can't wait for

I hate Close and Danson, and \'The Devil Wears Prada\' was atrocious.

At least so far, I wouldn't describe this as a legal drama.. rather a
suspense/thriller set in the legal world. I think the biggest thing to be aware
of is that its a past/future type show, with flashbacks being the majority of
the show, but numerous present day shots showing where things are headed.

After watching Season four of The Shield, I'll watch anything with Glenn
Close! She is a brilliant actress and I am really looking forward to this
series!
