I absolutely agree. This is the worst episode so far. The manager was hamming it up for the camera and you can cut the faked melodrama here with a knife. I'm giving up the US series. |

I love this series way more the Hell's Kitchen. As far as Ramsey's british series, haven't seen it. |

Do yourself a favor, download and watch at least 1 episode of the UK series. The difference is night and day. It's much more hard hitting and way less fluff than the US version. Ramsay critizes the real mistakes and gives advice that makes sense, the owners do their own work, all of it, including the cleaning and renovations. No freebies are given out to unworthy stupid owners. You actually get a good insight into how to run a proper restaurant, if you ever decide to do it. |
