Only seen the first two, the second episode made up for the first in my opinion.
Could still be more like the british version, but at least it's getting a bit
better.

We just need follow ups! Foooollloooow uuuups.

Actually they do have followups, its only few seconds and not like in the UK
version. Look at this episode and you know what will happend in the end.

But anyway, the UK series is a lot more REALISTIC and not just: well you got
problems lets remake the whole kitchen and dining room with the TV budject and
hire new cheff just out of the box. At least in the UK version you see that
the "visits" can actually also fail... (and the UK version has been sued as
for planting molded and rotten food)...

Is it still as bad as the first ep? Is the overly dramatic music still in effect?

Anyone remember a show on TLC a few years back, can't recall what it was called,
but the idea was a team would help turn around a business? They showed
everything the owner was doing wrong, or what could be fixed, and then set about
correcting all that. From redecorating, to marketing, to management, it touched
on a number of different topics all real world. That show was excellent a lot of
good info to be had from it. Apparently America doesn't much care for that sort
of thing. haha.
