iNTERNAL:
A release is done internal when it's released for a limited amount of people.
Nowadays it's mostly used when a release is already done by another group. By
adding the internal tag, the release won't be nuked.

ok thanks, i was wondering if it actually fixed something or if it was just
labelled as an internal so it didnt get nuked for being a dupe
