I grabbed this torrent when it was on the site for a mere 4 seconds...how in the heck were there so many people already connected and leeching by that time? Seriously guys, I know you have better connections than this, this is painfully slow. Seed and share, people, seed and share. |

great episode This episode makes me wonder even more who the hell the Stig is Is it a specific person or just whoever of the racing drivers they know is available at the moment? Also, maybe they grabbed some guy from the production staff and just stuck him in the Stig suit. |

You know seeding is bad when your upload speed is greater than your download speed, so I have throttled the upload! Sorry folks. But those with the file need to seed! |

It was one-time F1 driver Perry McCarthy. He's also got a book out called something along the lines of "Flat out – Flat Broke" also maybe this guy too that Sam Collins is The Stig! who really knows eh,i did see a site that had his picture without the helmut and the guy isnt younger may be late 30's mid 40's |

yes, but they may have gone away from the one-guy-is-the-stig thing since they changed to the white Stig. I like how they have built up this character, and I think The Stig is a vital component to the show, and also a way for the show to poke fun at racing drivers. |

I think The Stig has been the same driver since the white Stig. He knows the Top Gear track better than anyone else and made predictions about a 1:44 lap time and then did it with the original affordable car. The only time it may not be the Stig is when they go on location (but still inside Europe, obviously the American and African Stig is not The Stig), like when they raced the kit car. Just my opinion. |

I have good information that The Stig has NEVER left Europe to film a Top Gear or Clarkson Video...(Sister works at the BBC) Top Gear has too much invested in hiding the identity of The Stig, to have it revealed by publicly available sources. ie. When parts of the BBC/Top Gear/Clarkson Home Video went to Africa or the USA to test the SLR and other vehicles (s07-s08-s09). BBC suggested that the Stig not travel. The exec(Wilman) and others were worried about The Stig's identity being revealed from travel documents, Visa / Passport, Hotel information... etc... i mean it's not that hard to find out the names of 12 or so people on the crew, then thought process of elimination of who is who......well you get the idea... Food for thought |

I am fed up of all this moaning about download speeds its getting a bit tiresome. You should be aware that the majority of the service providers these days "shape" the data flow of their users as they see fit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_shaping undesireable trafic during the times they feel nessesary. One such undesireable traffic is P2P netwoking traffic. If you experiment you will find in most cases that your downloads will run much much faster overnight, this is when most of the traffic shaping is turned to a minimum or off. This is done by the majority of ISP's, so stop moaning about other users speeds, you may well find its your own connection that is the problem |
