because they use the wrong combination of player/codec or their machines are not powerful enough to keep up with the load. Once more use VLC Player if that does not work the MPC/CoreAVC if that does not work buy a new PC. |

the matroska files are great, you just need to configure your player and codecs properly. I`ve never ever had sound or video problems with vlc and playing avi, mkv, mpg, u name it... |
