I have already watched the other rip, I noticed 1 small drop out in audio.

What is the proper reason?

it's not a proper, this is a repack.

Other grps proper was invalid because you can't proper for qualitive reasons
such as blocking or 'coloring'. If you could then alot more people would
find themselves being propered for such things

That said, other grps release was just as blocky if not more so, was blurrier etc.
The colors in our release weren't perfect either so we took some time to look over
it and reencode with better filters and as one complete full 2-PASS encode and
that fixed the minor issue from before. If you have the other one and find it
watchable then there's no need to redownload this one. If you found the other
bothersome, then we've made this one for you.

And oh yeah it was 13seconds shorter too.

what I do know is the blocking and pixelating still exists in 2HD REPACK. And
it's true that this could also exist in the XOR PROPER. They just can't handle
high-speed motion. This is obvious in the opening scenes. This phenomenon has
happened many times in prior rls too. I was wondering why...

And the 2HD REPACK does have audio drop.

Im guessing the proper is because on the first release, the colour red badly
shimmered and moved to the side. I didnt watch it on the tv but if it was
present on my monitor it would be worse on the television.

As other people have said, it is ' Watchable ' but if you want to keep it to
watch again another time i would recomend download the proper, the repack or
whatever the hell its being called :-)

I watched this one - REPACK - and is fine. Not perfect but fine. Incidentally
the subs released for the original version do work with the REPACK too.

FYI, I watched the first release in VLC on my tv screen and there were no
noticeable issues.
