do people still actually think you can skip the commercials on live tv if you
have a tivo?

What? You mean it's _not_ a time machine?

Seriously though, who, with a Tivo (or any other PVR) watches live TV these
days? Even if I were to watch 'live' broadcasts I'd probably sit down an hour
late just due to the fact I could skip the commercials.

Did anyone notice in the beginning they made scratchy float with "Hydrogen"?
Shouldn't it be Helium. Unless Hydrogen can make you float too...Anyways great

You can skip most of the ads if you pause live tv for about 60 seconds. Or you
could start watching your show 5 minutes later than you normally would, and just
fast foward all the ads. You will still finish watching the show the same time
as everyone else, but you wont have to see the ads and you can put that 5
minutes into something more useful. Like masturbating, for example.

Yeah, noticed that too. I'm getting refused on only this torrent (other torrents on eztv work just fine) with
Transmission 0.94 on my G5 with Leopard installed.
