Interesting indeed. The stats at the beginning are always thought-provoking, but tonight's even more so. The final stat was essentially that one person is sexually assaulted every 2.5 minutes. Having just watched a repeat of a 10 year old Profiler ep, this comes as a shock because that show's stats were 1 every 5 minutes. Chilling indeed. Makes you wonder if the assault rate has indeed doubled or whether the stats back then were way underestimated. |
