Hmm, not one of the better episodes. Quality is great, of course, but there is so much stuff that repeats itself after the ads, it's as if Discovery assumes I have already forgotten everything after the ad break. Only about 20 minutes of original content  Bond style costumes were cool though. |

Noticed that with a lot of American docu-shows, esp on Discovery. Massive recap after each ad-break, almost like they're catering more to snare the casual channel-surfer than someone who's deliberately sat down to watch the thing. REALLY grates when you're watching a recording. We've gone from FF-ing through ad breaks, to FF-ing through recaps!!! |

Yeah, Mythbusters in particular seems to only have about 15 minutes of content, and uses recaps and previews to fill the rest of the time. Oh yeah, and heavily scripted "banter". Still, I love this show. |

ok ep, not one of their best but definitely not the worst. And yeah the recaps have gotten really bad. Seems like they are really trying to stretch the material to fill up time. Still love the show though. |
