I'm only getting "No connection could be made because target machine actively
refused it".
I've tried to download episode two from quite a few sites, but each comes up
with zero seeds and peers once it is put into utorrent.
Any others having similar troubles with episode two, if yes, how to get the show?

Thank you for the tutorial suggestion. I've tweaked the settings to
restrict the uploads especially, and soon after the torrent has begun
downloading at a very good speed. I've entered the settings pretty much as they
were suggested in the tutorial.
