I will try not spoil but I was shocked at who got voted off. That was a very
strange turn of events. I like the idea of fan vs favorites.

Shocked? If you've ever seen Survivor before, you should know that the producers
almost always try to set the viewers on the wrong track in regards to who gets
voted off the island, you can't trust the
discussions that we see between the players.

And I think that the favourites might be at a real disadvantage in this season
since being inconspicuous is a real plus later on, and the "fans" will
desperately try to avoid going into the final vote with someone as popular as
Yau-Man, Ozzy or James...

Hi guys,
I have never actually watched this show before as I\\\'d usually go & change the
channel the minute I saw this kind of thing. However I did follow all of \\\'Pirate
Master\\\' (remember that show!) & I really liked it!

Now because this is ep 1 of a new season, & a \\\'fresh start\\\' if you will, I
have
d/led it & will watch it. If it\\\'s my cup-of-tea then I\\\'ll continue to
watch. If
not then I won\\\'t. But I want to at least give it a chance anyways

I wasn't planning on watching this season of Survivor...at least until one
particular survivor was voted out.
Seeing as that person was voted out first, I guess I'll watch it.
