Yes, but there is a glitch at 15:50 causing loss of audio for 5 seconds. No
dialogue is lost though, so it's all fine.

This one is missing a few seconds right at the end, you miss some important dialogue.
Also the quality is not the best, it was a bit choppy for me and the sound cuts out as mentioned above.

After downloading I stand corrected. Picture quality and everything else is
superb, no lost audio at the end, everything is there! The minute glitch
for 5 seconds is exactly that. !
Thanks!

Hopefully there'll a Proper. Since this is 720p, they shouldn't let it go to
shit like the 350 MB XviDs. And I kinow what you're saying: "It's only 5
seconds." But from 5 seconds, it'll inevitably snowball.

So, just to be clear, no lost (ha! ) segment at the end? And, can VLC read this format? And (last one, I
promise) what are the advantages of this format, instead of avi, mpg, etc?

Thanks! And thanks for making available in HD!

Well, MKV is just a container; so no real benefit there. But x264 allows for HQ
encoding; that is to say, higher resolution and better audio in a smaller file
size. By comparison, a ~45 minute DivX6-encoded program @ 720p with AC3 audio
and such is roughly twice as big (~2 GB). And, of course, the quality is far
better than the 350 MB XivDs. Andf yes, VlC can play it, esp. if you have a
decent comp.

This show is just amazing...I mean it's this awesomw metaphor for the ongoing
campaign to get the secrets of electro-magnetism out....this ep: "Dan Faraday"
an obvious reference to Michael Faraday who along with James Clark Maxwell
discovered free energy, later to be suppressed.

Love LOST...woooh!
