I am having problems playing this file i am getting audio but nothing comes on
the screen it just stays black,i used winamp and windows media player classic
and they didn't work, i have all the newest codecs and don't have problem with
playing anything else.

It's fine here, I suggest downloading VLC player as that plays pretty much anything.

VLC works; nothing else does.

For me it only seems to be MPC that has any trouble playing this. Both VLC
(hardly a surprise) and WMP of all things plays it fine. I've also experienced
this with this weeks ER too.
