surely they are gonna do a second season? there just not gonna make it any time soon. writers strike etc same with heroes. Its all your american writers taking the piss and asking for more money even though they make a significantly bigger cut then any other writers in the world. |

If you want this show to survive make sure to watch it live on TV or at least have it on during its showing. If we just Tivo or download the show Fox (or any other network) will not be convinced it should continue the show since they want the revenue from commercials. I don't like watching commercials but I do sit through and watch the show live to support ratings. If you really don't want to watch it on the first showing with commercials at all then at least set an old VCR to record the show which will boost ratings. |

Yeah the whole ratings system is kind of ridiculous/meaningless. It's really only based on a very small minority, and then they multiply that to give an indication of the whole population. Fox are well known for canceling good shows. E.g. Firefly! That also had Summer Glau in. (I'm British too) |

plus who uses vcr's still? hold on let me just get the betamax out. next you will be telling us your saving your downloads to floppys. TV is going to die in a few years to come. we are all damaging the industry as a whole but thats what happens. I work at his masters voice so I know what im talking about. Not everyone has a amazing connections to acquire hd and blue ray material online. people will buy into the blue ray products as its a new format and it gets enough publicity. The companys make there money through the boxsets of tv shows. People like to have the physical product. The booklets inside and the little extras you get so dont you worry about it. Shows only get pulled because the general concensus is that its bollocks to begin with. So get some better taste in your media. Its good that stuff gets cancelled it shows that the public would rather watch things that are actually worth writing etc. |
