|
Inverse telecine is the reverse of telecine. When film is transfered to video (in America), the frame rates need to be converted from 24fps to 30, and the process is called telecine. Inverse telecine is reversing the process, restoring the original frame rate. When a capper doesn't do IVTC, there is a jutter in the final release. It doesn't realy degrade the quality too much, if you have already downloaded it, then there is no point in finding a proper. BTW, according to ORLY it is nuked. |
