My initial reaction when I first noticed two episodes being posted of Skins was confusion as well. But heres the deal: The PDTV episodes are the first to be posted, as the episodes are shown on Channel 4s standard definition channel about 4 (I think) days before the HD version is broadcast. So if you want to see the episodes as soon as they come out or as soon as possible, then download the PDTV versions. The HDTV versions, as mentioned above, are shown in Channel 4s HD channel a few days AFTER their standard def version. The HDTV version is the same file size as the PDTV version, but because it comes from a HD source it really does look a LOT better than the PDTV version. The only trade off is that you have to wait half a week to get the better quality HDTV version. I hope this helps! |
