Big Brother's Little Brother is hosted by Dermot O'Leary and runs in parallel with the regular Big Brother series. Dermot is joined on the show by the evicted housemates and celebrity guests to discuss the latest news from within the house. From June 2008 the series was presented by George Lamb and Zezi Ifore.
