"Heroes" need not worry about cancellation this season, says NBC's president of primetime entertainment, Angela Bromstad. The NBC drama has gone from one of the network's top-rated programs to approaching worrisome ratings territory during the past few months, especially given the show's price tag. " 'Heroes' is very secure," she says. "We have a great relationship with Tim Kring ... whatâ€™s important is we never lose site of being responsible in production" Bromstad notes the show "may have taken on too much, in multiple storylines" in the recent future. She also refused to proclaim "Lipstick Jungle" dead, though its ratings suggest otherwise, saying the show still might work for fall. Source: THRFeed.com
