Dexter star Julie Benz has been cast in ABC pilot No Ordinary Family. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 37-year-old actress will star opposite Michael Chiklis in the drama project. The pilot revolves around the head of an American family called Jim (Chiklis) who discovers that he and his relatives possess new 'abilities'. Benz, who is currently recurring as a stripper on Desperate Housewives, will play his wife, a scientist who finds out that she has a super-speed power. Christina Chang has also boarded the project as a young police officer who works with Jim. Source: Digital Spy
