NBC might have nabbed Christina Aguilera for its 'American Idol' competitor, 'The Voice,' but Simon Cowell is reportedly talking to another blond pop star for his upcoming American version of 'The X Factor,' and she's no stranger to reality TV. According to People magazine, Jessica Simpson is a "front-runner" to sit alongside Cowell as a judge on the upcoming singing competition. But don't get too worked up just yet -- no decisions have been made either way. "There [are] loads of conversations happening at the moment," a source told People. "No one has been offered a judging role yet as new names keep coming forward who want the role, but there are some frontrunners and it's fair to say Jessica is one of them. She's very keen."
