Great news for fans of TNT’s ‘SouthLAnd‘ the network has officially greenlit a fourth season! Since ending its third season, rumors kept popping up that TNT was close to renewing it, but there was still that ounce of will they / won’t they given TNT’s recent surge of signing on new pilots. Worry no more, the show has been given a 10 – episode order. The show’s third season was the first time the series had the opportunity of producing a fully unedited and un-interrupted full season. Originally a NBC show, SouthLAnd was quickly given the boot by the network, a move that confused many. TNT later picked up the series, re-airing the original NBC episodes as Season 1, airing the unaired episodes as Season 2, and ordering ten episodes for Season 3. “SOUTHLAND has been acknowledged by many critics as one of the sharpest, most entertaining and most authentic dramas on television today. John Wells, Chris Chulack and their teams created a brilliant roller coaster ride this season, with countless riveting scenes and unforgettable character arcs.
