The Boys form the "Small Red" one coming back?
Red Dwarf
Looks like Red Dwarf will be returning for an other series on "Dave" in the UK next year...

Personally I'm in 2 minds about this. I Loved the early seasons, with a passion, and it was some of the best comedy the UK ever produced.. But the "Back to Earth" Special was Terrible!! I hope Doug captures his old magic and brings "The boys from the small rouge one" back to form for 2011

*Note*
I reported this back in October (https://eztv.it/tvnews/4452/red-dwarf-is-back-in-2010/) that the idea f...

NBC Cancels "Heroes"
Heroes
It's official. NBC has canceled "Heroes."

The network seriously mulled bringing back "Heroes" for a shortened season to wrap up the serialized show, possibly as a two- or four-hour movie.

In the end, given the fairly high cost of the drama, the show's consistently declining ratings and the number of new hour-longs coming to NBC next season, the network decided the UMS-produced series wasn't worth an additional episode order.

Among the network's new shows, there's several entries aimed a...

Tim Minear clarifies the situation regarding Dollhouse.
Okay. So maybe I can help clarify this somewhat. Because we scrapped the original pilot -- and in fact cannibalized some of its parts for other eps -- we really ended up with 12 episodes. But the studio makes DVD and other deals based on the original 13 number. So we created a standalone kind of coda episode. Which is the mythical new episode 13. The network had already paid for 13 episodes, and this included the one they agreed to let us scrap for parts. It does not include the one we made to b...

Dollhouse: Joss temporary suspends Production

Filming on "Dollhouse" stopped Thursday after wrapping episode three. Henstridge will be joined for the romp by David James Elliott of JAG and LA Confidential vet James Cromwell under the watchful eye of Smallville helmsman Mike Rohl working to a script by Superfir...

SKY (UK) to Resurect Blake
Sky One (UK) has provocatively given the go-ahead for the development of two 60-minute scripts which could see the return to the small screen of cult TV classic Blake's 7, the BBC reports.

Blake's 7 ran from 1978 to 1981 on the Beeb, and is best remembered among chaps of a certain age for the presence of Jacqueline Pearce as the deliciously villainous Servalan*, who alongside Paul Darrow as Avon and Gareth Thomas as Blake, battled gamely against wobbly sets and decidedly low-tech special effe...
