i'm also in australia... i agree... why does ten claim that we see it the same
time as the us?
streamed direct via satellite my ass. is it transmitting at dial-up speeds or
something?
but, they'll be doing it with season 4 of house as well... us gets it september
25th, but we'll get it direct via satellite on october 10th. there's that 2 week
delay again!
i'll be curious to see what happens with prison break on channel 7 when that
gets beamed direct from the us too!
and, i'm surprised californication hasn't been axed yet (torchwood didn't last
long). i thought it would've been way too explicit and replaced by yet another
episode of law & order (like 3 hour long episodes a week ain't enough). i think
the only thing saving it from the chop is david duchovny. if he wasn't in it, it
would've surely been axed or moved to a later time-slot here.

i think there has been one time where we were ahead of the us, one stargate
episode when it was on at 8:30pm was actually on before us by like 6 hours
besides that all us shows have been delayed somewhat!
dont quote me on that but direct according to tv networks is 2 weeks!!! ummm lol
dont they see the irony in that!!! yeah im suprised ten hasnt moved it like they
did torchwood lucky i grabbed the whole first series like aggggges ago screw u
ten just as bad cutting simpsons episodes (cut bits out to save time and because

macbooks left and right... "i'll *gift* it to you on your ipod!?" since when
can't you *give* somebody a song?!? christ! they were trying to push ads and
"proper" use for copyrighted material!!
this show isn't even really that good. entourage is over. this show came in
late. i can't wait 'til lost and all the other fall shows i like return! i can
put up with the ads in those shows, because they're good (the shows--not the ads)!!

i believe graffin was refering to the fact that the catholic church is holding
vigils for every episode aired outside channel 10 and that in oz we reckon ten
will cave to them and dump the show.

eventhough i thought this show was ok, i thought it was ridiculous that it had
such a high rating on eztv. i attributed most of it to summer boredom, and x
file geeks all happy that david was getting some tang.
at best i personally had given his a 6-6.5 out of 10, but the show is definitely
picking up steam. i love t&a as much as the next guy, it but doesn't make it a
high quality show. good writing makes it a hq show, and the good writing is
definitely starting to show!!

seems my post was taken the wrong way by some.
the show is awesome... i'm glad to hear it'll be getting a second season.
it's great to see something different on australian tv.
when all we seem to get are cop/crime shows and medical dramas... anything
outside that either gets axed due to some narrow-minded group of people
complaining that it's too explicit, or in the case of sci-fi shows, gets moved
to a time-slot after midnight (which is what's happened with shows like star
trek, stargate and torchwood).
